This website and the digital workout plan “15 Minutes to a Rounder, Perkier Booty” are owned and operated by Digital Queen (“we”, “us”, “our”). Digital Queen is the data controller for any personal data collected through this site.

• Payment data: transactions are processed by our reseller Paddle. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. We receive order identifiers, transaction status, and purchase history from Paddle so we can unlock your plan.
• Support data: messages and email correspondence if you contact us for help.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies used for security, fraud prevention, and site functionality.

How we use your data

• To create and manage your account and unlock your purchased plan.
• To process payments, prevent fraud, and handle billing inquiries.
• To provide customer support and respond to your questions.
• To improve the product and fix technical issues.
• To send essential service emails such as purchase confirmations and password resets.

Legal basis

• Service providers: hosting, authentication, analytics, and support tooling providers who process data only as needed to run the service.
• Professional advisers and authorities: when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data retention

We keep your account and purchase data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You may also object to certain processing and withdraw consent where applicable. We aim to respond to requests within one month.
